Refund policy
Due to the nature of original artworks and art prints, all sales are final for change-of-mind purchases, except where consumer law (including UK/EU cancellation rights) applies.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email art.lisa.lxo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

clear photos of the item

clear photos of the packaging
We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution (replacement, refund, or alternative solution, depending on the item).
Cancellation (UK & EU online orders)
For eligible online orders, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. To request a cancellation/return, contact art.lisa.lxo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
The 14-day cancellation right may not apply to:

Minor variations in colour and texture may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and the handmade nature of the work.

Original artworks are unique pieces. Any issue involving an original artwork is handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
